wholly-owned subsidiary, Concentra Inc. on
June 1, 2015, $0.14 per share of expense associated
with the pending transaction with Aetna Inc., and
$0.74 per share of expense related to a premium
deficiency reserve (PDR) associated with certain of
the company’s 2016 individual commercial policies.
