The Issuer and the Guarantor agree that the documents which start any Proceedings and any other documents required to be served in relation to those
Proceedings may be served on it by being delivered to Danaher UK Industries Limited, Suite 31, The Quadrant, 99 Parkway Avenue, Sheffield, S9
4WG, United Kingdom, Attention: Director or at any address of the Issuer in Great Britain at which process may be served on it in accordance with
the Companies Act 2006. Nothing in this Agreement shall affect the right of the Issuing and Paying Agent to serve process in any other manner
permitted by law. This Clause applies to Proceedings in England and to Proceedings elsewhere.
20. 
20.1 
Each communication under this Agreement shall be made in the English language or shall be accompanied by a certified English translation and shall
be made by fax, letter, or GPR. Each communication or document to be delivered by fax or by letter to any party under this Agreement shall be sent to
that party at the fax number or address, and marked for the attention of the person (if any), from time to time designated by that party to the Issuing
and Paying Agent (or, in the case of the Issuing and Paying Agent, by it to each other party) for the purpose of this Agreement. The initial telephone
number, fax number, address and person so designated by the parties to this Agreement are set out on the signatory page hereto.
20.2 
Any communication from any party to any other party under this Agreement shall be effective (if by fax), when good receipt is confirmed by the
recipient following enquiry by the sender and (if by letter) when delivered, except that a communication received outside normal business hours shall
be deemed to be received on the next business day in the city in which the recipient is located.
This Agreement has been entered into on the date stated at the beginning.
