U.S.$3,500,000,000 Euro-commercial paper programme
We refer to a dealer agreement dated 6 December 2011 (the “Dealer Agreement”) between ourselves as Issuers and as the Guarantor, and the Arranger and the
Dealer relating to a U.S.$3,500,000,000 Euro-commercial paper programme (the “ Programme”). Terms used in the Dealer Agreement shall have the same
meaning in this letter.
In accordance with Clause 6.2 of the Dealer Agreement, we hereby appoint you as an additional dealer for the Programme upon the terms of the Dealer
Agreement with [immediate effect/effect from []].
Please confirm acceptance of your appointment upon such terms by signing and returning to us the enclosed copy of this letter, whereupon you will, in
accordance with Clause 6.2 of the Dealer Agreement, become a party to the Dealer Agreement vested with all the authority, rights, powers, duties and
obligations as if originally named as a Dealer thereunder.
