ENHANCING OUR EXPERIENCE
Christmas 2009, Build-A-Bear Workshop®
officially became Santa’s Workshop! This
fully integrated marketing program engaged
shoppers in holiday fun and our brand while
they found personalized gifts for everyone on
their list. We continue focused themes and
storytelling to keep our store experience fresh
using powerful store visuals, interactivity and
integrated marketing.
ENGAGING GUESTS
In 2009, we made significant advances in our
entertainment initiatives with our first-ever television
special, “Holly and Hal Moose: Our Uplifting Christmas
Adventure,” airing on ABC Family! Engaging kids in
our character stories is important to our success and
provides a larger opportunity for growth.

Seasonal limited-edition animals and
outfits are very successful in driving
repeat business, gifters and collectors.
