The table below shows the details of salary, bonus for 2012 and the value at award of 2013 long term incentive awards for the eight highest paid
senior executive officers below Board level who were Key Management Personnel in 2012. Total incentives (i.e. bonus and the value at award of
LTIP awards) for the ‘top eight’ in aggregate for 2012 reduced by 49% compared to total incentives for the ‘top eight’ in aggregate for 2011.
