19 Successors; No Third Party Beneficiaries.
(i) All terms and conditions of this Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of successors and assigns of the Parties.
(ii) Nothing expressed or referred to in this Agreement is intended or shall be construed to give any person or entity other than the Parties, their
respective successors and assigns, any legal or equitable right, remedy or claim under or with respect to this Agreement, or any provisions contained herein,
it being the intention of the Parties hereto that this Agreement, the obligations and statements of responsibilities hereunder, and all other conditions and
provisions hereof are for the sole and exclusive benefit of the Parties, their respective successors and assigns, and for the benefit of no other person or entity.
20. Captions. The captions assigned to provisions of this Agreement are for convenience only and shall be disregarded in construing this Agreement.
