(1) Stock option grants vest over a four-year period, at a rate of twenty-five percent (25%) on the first anniversary of the grant, and
the remainder in equal quarterly installments thereafter.
(2) Restricted stock unit awards vest over a four-year period, at a rate of twenty-five percent (25%) on each anniversary of the grant.
(3) Amounts disclosed in this column were calculated based on the fair market value of our common stock.
(4) The stock options granted to Dr. Pirjanian on October 1, 2012 were granted as replacement awards for unvested stock options
that Dr. Pirjanian held in Evolution Robotics, Inc. as of the date that the Company acquired Evolution Robotics, Inc.
(5) Mr. Beck’s employment with the Company terminated on December 27, 2013 and pursuant to the Separation Agreement, the
vesting of 9,219 shares of common stock underlying Mr. Beck’s stock options was accelerated and the remaining shares
underlying his unvested stock options were forfeited.
