WFS supplies land transportation
industries in the United States, Brazil
and the United Kingdom with refined
petroleum products, alternative fuels
and related services. Through more
than 1,000 distribution locations,
WFS provides more than 3 billion
gallons of fuel products annually to
wholesale, retail, commercial and
government customers.
For the sixth consecutive year, the
land segment experienced record
revenue including double-digit growth
in volume and gross profit. The recent
acquisition of CarterEnergy helped
drive results and advance our scalable
growth model. In 2012, the land team
added value for existing suppliers and
customers with expanded offerings for
unbranded distributors, branded
dealers and the commercial, industrial
and agricultural markets. As we
continue to evolve our distribution
businesses with a sophisticated and
integrated model, we simultaneously
increase the value to our customers.
To suppliers, we reflect a secure and
competitive marketer.
In 2013, we will continue our
strategic expansion – including
integrating our presence in card
processing through the Multi Service
acquisition – and utilize our core
competencies to take advantage of
this segment’s growth opportunities.
