INVESTOR INFORMATION (As of March 31, 2004)
The Board of Directors made a
resolution on August 8, 2003, that each
share of common stock be split into five
shares in order to reduce the size of the
minimum trading unit and to increase the
number of shares traded in the stock
markets. The stock split was applicable to
shareholders of record as of September
30, 2003, and became effective on
November 20, 2003.
