An Interview with the President
One year has passed since you became president of Toshiba. How do you
evaluate the results achieved in FY2009?
I think that because we were able to return Toshiba Group’s operating income back into the
black, we were able to put in place the business foundation to propel sustained growth and
increased profi tability.
FY2009 was a year in which big changes continued to characterize developments in the
