The item “Restructuring costs and other write-downs” mainly includes the following items:
- provisions for group reorganisation costs amounting to around EUR 1.3 million. These are
professional charges (mainly legal and tax advice) relating to the restructuring of the Group’s
senior debt and the winding up of the foreign companies;
- provision for the settlement of a prior dispute, relating to the IPO of the subsidiary World On
Line BV, for EUR 1.8 million.
