fromShipStationandShipWorksasaresultofouracquisitionsin2014and(3)theadditionofpaidcustomersfromEndiciaasaresult
ofouracquisitioninthefourthquarterof2015.
Theincreaseinouraverageannualrevenueperpaidcustomer(“ARPU”)wasprimarilytheresultof(1)theadditionofpaid
customersfromouracquisitionsofShipStation,ShipWorksandEndiciawheretheARPUforthosepaidcustomersishigheras
comparedtotheARPUfromtheexistingStamps.comcustomersand(2)thegrowthinourhighvolumeshippingbusinesswherewe
havetheabilitytobettermonetizepostagevolumeascomparedtomonthlyflatratesubscriptionfees.
