We lease office space in a facility located in Atlanta, Georgia that is the headquarters for the Company. The lease for the
office space expires on November 30, 2022. There are two five year renewal options which can be executed to extend the lease
an additional 10 years at a market rate to be determined at the time of renewal.
We believe our leased and owned facilities provide sufficient space to support our corporate and operational needs.
Item 3. LEGAL PROCEEDINGS
We are a defendant in various legal proceedings arising in the ordinary course of business, including claims resulting from
“slip and fall” accidents, employment-related claims, claims from guests or employees alleging illness, injury or other food
quality, health or operational concerns and claims related to franchise matters. We have established adequate reserves to provide
for the defense and settlement of such matters, and we believe their ultimate resolution will not have a material adverse effect
on our financial condition or our results of operations.
