We believe that our roadmap strategies, coupled with the decision to invest in our business in recent

shows the willingness of our management team to shake up the status quo, invest for the long-term
and make moves that are as bold as the flavors on our menu.

Now we are setting the table for more growth ahead. We have capable leaders. We have a well-run
company. We have great growth prospects. We have a strong brand. We believe we have the potential
to double our domestic footprint and expand to many places around the globe.

years to come.
For the past six years we have followed our roadmap to accelerate our results — and we’re not done yet.
We are not standing still. We are not holding back. We will continue to invest in our roadmap strategies
to sustain our sales momentum, grow our footprint and enhance our employee and guest experiences.
This is a multi-year commitment that we believe will fuel our future growth and deliver long-term
benefits across the Popeyes system. When we do it the right way, we continue to give our franchisees
even more opportunities to profit, open new restaurants and expand our brand globally.
As CEO, it is my pleasure to serve everyone who determines our long-term success: our franchisees,
