Stock Performance Graph
The following stock performance graph compares the performance of our common stock to the Standard & Poor’s 500 Stock
Index (“S&P 500 Index”) and the S&P 1500 Restaurants Index (the “peer group index”). Stock performance is compared for the
five fiscal year period ended December 28, 2014. The cumulative total return computations set forth in the performance graph
assume the investment in the Company’s common stock and in each index was $100 at the end of fiscal 2009, and, with respect
to the indices, that all dividends were reinvested.
