Objectives of the Medium Term
Management Plan
Increase earning power by
reducing lead time and cost
Expand market share for
ArF immersion scanners
Maintain the large market share
for LCD steppers and scanners
levels, as well as the development of devices and systems to support
appropriate treatment and drug discovery. We are moving forward with
establishing a business structure and customer development, aiming
for commercialization within the fiscal year ending March 2016. The
target for the business scale is net sales of around ¥100 billion at some
point in the future.
