Our common stock is listed on the New York Stock Exchange (the “NYSE”) and trades under the symbol “NLS.”

We did not pay any dividends on our common stock in 2012 or 2013 and we currently have no plans to pay dividends on our common stock in
future periods. Payment of any future dividends, when permitted under our borrowing arrangements, is at the discretion of our Board of
Directors, which considers various factors such as our financial condition, operating results, current and anticipated cash needs and future
expansion plans.
