grantedATLSAcquisitionLLC’sandPolyMedica’smotionforsummaryjudgmentonallrelators’claims
infull,butthecaseremainsstayedwithrespecttoMedco.

Act,theAnti-KickbackStatute,theCivilMonetaryPenaltyStatuteandvariousstateandlocalfalseclaims
statutes.GreenfieldfiledanamendedcomplaintinOctober2014,andtheCompanyfiledananswerand
affirmativedefensesinNovember2014.

InJanuary2015,thestateofWashingtonfiledamotiontoamenditscomplaintininterventiontoassert
claimsagainstAccredo,andAccredofiledabriefinoppositiontheretoinFebruary2015.
• Wehavereceivedandarecooperatingwithvarioussubpoenasfromgovernmentagenciesrequestinginformation.
Whilewebelieveourservicesandbusinesspracticesareinsubstantialcompliancewithapplicablelaws,rulesand
regulationsinallmaterialrespects,wecannotpredicttheoutcomeoftheseactionsatthistime.Anunfavorableoutcomeinone
ormoreofthesematterscouldresultintheimpositionofjudgments,monetaryfinesorpenaltiesorinjunctiveoradministrative
remedies.
