internallydevelopedsoftwareduring2014.
EffectiveJanuary2013,weenteredintoafour-yearcapitalleaseforequipmenttobeusedinourFairLawn,New
Jerseyfacility.TheassetsobtainedwiththecapitalleaseareincludedintheEquipmentlinedisclosedinthetableabove.Asof
December31,2014,theremainingcapitalizedleaseobligationwas$28.4million(seeNote12-Commitmentsand
contingencies).
Undercertainofouroperatingleasesforfacilitiesinwhichweoperatehomedeliveryandspecialtypharmacies,we
arerequiredtoremoveimprovementsandequipmentuponsurrenderofthepropertytothelandlordandconvertthefacilities
backtoofficespace.Ourassetretirementobligationforourcontinuingoperationswas$15.8millionand$10.1millionat
December31,2014and2013,respectively.
During2011,weceasedfulfillingprescriptionsfromourhomedeliverydispensingpharmacyinBensalem,
Pennsylvania.Therelatedleaseexpiredduring2014.
