Our mobile marketing business incurs upfront costs associated with onboarding advertisers to its platform and may not recoup our investment if we do not
maintain the advertiser relationship over time. We do not have long-term agreements with advertisers of mobile applications, and may be unable to retain key
advertisers, attract new advertisers or replace departing advertisers with advertisers that can provide comparable revenue to us.









