Equity Compensation Plan Information
The Company does not have any compensation plans under which the Company’s common stock may be issued. First Data
Holdings Inc., the Company’s parent company, has adopted the 2007 Stock Incentive Plan for Key Employees of First Data
Corporation and its Affiliates. The following table contains certain information regarding options, warrants or rights under the plan as
of December 31, 2012.
Beneficial Ownership
All of the outstanding stock of First Data Corporation is held by First Data Holdings Inc. The following table sets forth, as of
March 1, 2013, the beneficial ownership of common stock of First Data Holdings Inc. by each person known by the Company to
beneficially own more than 5% of the equity securities of First Data Holdings Inc., each director, each Named Executive Officer and
all directors and executive officers as a group. Unless otherwise indicated in the footnotes to this table, the Company believes that
each person has sole voting and investment power of the shares.
