SUMMARY COMPENSATION TABLE
(1) In 2012, payouts under the Senior Executive Incentive Plan were determined by The Committee using a Company performance factor of 85%; reported as bonus due to the discretionary nature of the funding
determination for 2012.
(2) The table reflects the grant date fair value of all restricted shares used for financial reporting purposes and awarded under the 2007 Stock Incentive Plan for Key Employees of First Data Corporation and its Affiliates. For
further information on stock awards granted in 2012, see the Grant of Plan-Based Awards Table.
(3) The table reflects the grant date fair value of all stock options used for financial reporting purposes and awarded under the 2007 Stock Incentive Plan for Key Employees of First Data Corporation and its Affiliates. See
