EQUITY SECURITIES
There is no established public trading market for the Company's common stock. The Company had one record holder of common stock on March 1,
2008, and no equity securities of the Company are authorized for issuance under any equity compensation plan.
In 2007, the Company paid a dividend of $0.03 per share in each of the first three calendar quarters of the year. In 2008, the Company paid two
dividends that totaled $1.8 million. The senior secured revolving credit facility, senior secured term loan facility, senior unsecured cash-pay term loan facility,
senior unsecured PIK term loan facility, and senior subordinated unsecured credit facility limit the Company's ability to pay dividends. See "Management's

statements included in Item 8 of this Form 10-K.
