9. Restrictive Covenants .
(a) Non-Competition . You agree that during Your employment, and for a period of eighteen (18) calendar
months following Termination of Employment, You shall not perform within the 50 states of the United States of America any
services which are in competition with the Business of the Company during Your employment, or following Your Termination of
Employment any services which are in competition with a Material line of Business engaged in by the
