Management of the Group
Deutsche Post World Net provides national and international services in four corporate
divisions under three brand names. We operate globally and are represented in more than
220 countries and territories, including all major economic regions. You can nd a presen-
tation of our locations on our website.
As a German stock corporation, Deutsche Post has a dual management and supervisory
structure. e Group is managed by the Board of Management, whose members are ap-
pointed by the Supervisory Board. e Supervisory Board advises the Board of Manage-
ment and monitors its management activities. e key features of the remuneration system
for the Board of Management and Supervisory Board are shown in the Corporate Gover-
nance Report, which forms part of the notes to the consolidated nancial statements in
these areas.
e Group operates in four corporate divisions, the Corporate Center and the service
areas. e functions of Group management are performed at the Corporate Center. e
corporate divisions are responsible for business operations and represent the segments
required for the purposes of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRSs). ey
are managed by separate divisional headquarters.
