In addition to the above share options, R W Taylor, G Roux de Bezieux and J H Dale received 240,000, 120,000 and 96,000 options
respectively on 21 May 2001. These options have an exercise price of £1.25 per share and are exercisable between 21 May 2004 and
21 May 2011. The options granted to G Roux de Bezieux on 19 May 2000 related to his pending appointment to the Board and his
additional responsibilities for the Group’s Southern European operations.
The market price of ordinary shares on 31 March 2001 was £1.25 and the range during the period was from £1.20 to £2.23.
