NOW,
To achieve all this, we’re streamlining
our Medical segment structure. We’re
using our collective capabilities in
manufacturing, distribution, sourcing
and innovation so we can bring
more products to market faster.
And we’re organizing closer to our
customers so we can o er them
a new level of service and value.
We’re using our unique strengths to
provide the best, most cost-e ective
solutions for our customers—so that
they can focus on their patients.
Right now, our Medical segment is undergoing
a transformation to improve the customer
experience. Rising healthcare costs and
tightening reimbursement are challenging our
customers’ economics, ultimately impacting
how they will deliver care. So we’re integrating
our technologies to align with their needs and
transforming the medical supply chain so we
can deliver greater value.
Three hours ago,
Cardinal Health delivered medical
supplies directly to the patient
oor to ensure critical products are
available when they are needed.
Yesterday afternoon,
a materials manager reordered
medical supplies for use in
today’s surgical procedures.
