If any provision of this Plan unrelated to its status under Title I of ERISA as an unfunded plan maintained for a
select group of management or highly compensated employees is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of
competent jurisdiction, such holding shall not impact the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions of the
Plan.
8.12
Successors .
The terms and condition of the Plan and any Trust shall be binding on the Employers and their successors and
assigns.
