For the fiscal year ended March 31, 2009, the Group‟s corporate officers and directors received aggregate compensation
from all Group entities of €929,000, i.e. the entire amount in fixed compensation compared with €7.6 million for the year
ended March 31, 2008 (€1.3 million in fixed compensation and €6.3 million in variable compensation).
The tables below show the gross compensation, before tax, effectively paid to corporate officers in fiscal years 2008-
2009 and 2007-2008, as required by Article L. 225-102-1 of the French Commercial Code.
