28.5 EXTENSION OF THE BANC OF AMERICA CR EDIT FACILITY
In addition to the Amendment to the credit facility agreed with Banc of America and described in "Highlights of the
year" above and in order to secure the necessary funding for its operations for fiscal year 2009-2010, the Company has
entered into negotiations to extend the maturity of said facility from December 31, 2009 to July 2010. In light of the
negotiations that have taken place so far, management considers it likely that Banc of America will grant this extension.
