In April 2008, 52,138 shares were issued in respect of an allotment of shares to satisfy Bonus Share Incentive entitlements
entered into at the time of the parent’s Initial Public Offering. In May 2008, 2,396,959 shares were issued in respect of the
Group’s Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP), for the vesting period ending 31 December 2010.
The total number of ordinary shares of €0.05 each in issue at 31 December 2008 was 533,954,468 (2007: 531,505,371
shares), of which 4,208,327 (2007: 1,811,368) were treasury shares.
