Asset Dispositions in 2011, 2014 and 2015
We completed the sale of ILFC on May 14, 2014, and in 2015 we sold all of our ordinary shares of AerCap Holdings N.V.
(AerCap) received as part of the consideration for the sale of ILFC, as further discussed in Note 1 to the Consolidated
Financial Statements. We also executed multiple asset dispositions in 2011.
