prices as a result of the increased demand for used trucks in an improving global economy.
•฀ The$12.7millionincreaseintruckstakenontradeandassociatedcostof$12.6millionareduetoanincreasein
the volume of trucks sold.
•฀ Higheraverageoperatingleaseassetsin2010($21.3million)increasedincomeby$3.4millionandrelated
depreciation on operating leases by $2.9 million.
•฀ Highertruckmarketdemandresultedinanincreaseinrevenuesperassetin2010of$29.7million.Theincrease
in revenue consisted of higher asset utilization (the proportion of available operating lease units that are being
leased) of $13.5 million, higher lease rates of $10.7 million and higher fuel and service revenue of $5.5 million.
•฀ The2010increaseincostsperassetof$27.4millionisduetohighervehicleoperatingexpenses,including
higher fuel costs and variable costs from higher asset utilization levels.
