Dividends
The Company has never declared any cash dividends on its common stock, and does not currently have any
plans to pay dividends on its common stock. The payment of cash dividends in the future is subject to the
discretion of the Board of Directors and will depend on the Company’s earnings, financial condition, capital
requirements and other relevant factors.
Holders
As of September 30, 2005, there were approximately 123 shareholders of record of the Company’s common
stock, according to the records maintained by the Company’s transfer agent. As of September 30, 2005, the
Company estimates that there were approximately 750 beneficial owners of the Company’s common stock.
