• We met the 2015 Conservatorship Scorecard goal of maintaining the dollar volume of multifamily new
business activity at or below a production cap of $30.0 billion. For purposes of determining our
performance under the goal, business activity associated with certain targeted loan types is excluded
from this production cap.
