U.S. Single-Family Originations

Commentary
• There was a significant increase in single-family loan origination volumes in the U.S. in 2015, driven
by an increase in refinancing activity as a result of lower average mortgage interest rates.
• We expect the volume of home sales in 2016 to grow slightly from 2015.
