to detail helped Diodes Fabtech
of Lee’s Summit, Missouri, save
hundreds of dollars in monthly
banking fees charged by another
financial institution. This supplier to
the semiconductor industry maintains
its deposits at Bank of the West,
including a sweep account. Diodes
Fabtech also utilizes our corporate
credit cards, cash management and
international wire services.
Today’s dynamic business climate
demands that banks provide quick
access to capital. Our BusinessLink and
AgLink fast response loan programs
are designed for small businesses and
agricultural entities requiring operat-
ing capital, construction financing or
equipment on an expedited basis.
Personalized service combined with
competitive pricing convinced
River Mountain Manufacturing in
Frisco, Colorado, to use BusinessLink
and apply for a line of credit and
commercial real estate loan. The
crafted log furniture supplier also uses
our business credit and debit cards,
merchant services, online business
banking as well as a variety of
consumer banking products for the
owner’s individual needs.
An expansion of a business banking
relationship served by our Walnut
Creek, California, branch manager led
to the bank providing an AgLink loan
to citrus grower Shiraz Ranch for
operating capital at its 300-acre Central
California ranch and packaging facility.
The bank also handles the grower’s
business deposit accounts.
Bank of the West also provides
government-guaranteed Small Business
Administration loans. Through an SBA
loan, the bank recently financed property
acquisition in Berthoud, Colorado for
CH Diagnostics & Consulting, a firm that
tests water purity and consults with
municipal water quality and treatment
professionals.
Insurance products for companies
and small businesses including
group health, commercial property,
commercial general and excess liability,
bonding, business automobile and
worker’s compensation insurance
are offered through subsidiary BW
Insurance Agency, Inc., at select Bank
of the West branches and dedicated
BWIA offices.
