Air Canada believes that employees are more likely to embrace culture change if they take an active part in the
transformation, and Air Canada will continue to encourage employee feedback and ideas as employees are often in a good
position to identify improvements and changes for success.
In 2012, Air Canada celebrated its employees and its achievements throughout the past 75 years and will continue to host
employee recognition events to celebrate its successes going forward.
To encourage the development of a corporate culture which is focused on transformation and performance, Air Canada has a
profit sharing program in place which allows eligible employees to be recognized for their contributions and share in the
financial success of the airline. In 2013, the airline will remain focused on raising employee awareness on the importance of
Air Canada achieving its financial goals and will continue to promote the message that a healthy share price can provide
stability and growth opportunities.
