At December 31, 2014, we had approximately $2.5 billion and $77 million of net actuarial losses for our pension and
OPEB plans, respectively, and approximately $1 million and $26 million of prior service credits for our pension and
OPEB plans, respectively, that have not been recognized as components of net periodic benefit costs. We expect to
recognize approximately $61 million and $3 million in amortization of net actuarial losses for our pension and OPEB
plans, respectively, and approximately $4 million in amortization of prior service credits for our OPEB plans in 2015.
Our amortization of prior service credits for our pension plans in 2015 is not expected to be material.
