Our fiscal year ends on the Friday nearest to June 30 and typically consists of 52 weeks. Approximately every six
years, we report a 53-week fiscal year to align our fiscal year with the foregoing policy. Fiscal year 2013, which ended
on June 28, 2013, was comprised of 52 weeks. Fiscal years 2012 and 2011, which ended on June 29, 2012 and July 1,
2011, respectively, were each comprised of 52 weeks. Unless otherwise indicated, references herein to specific years
