Our net periodic pension cost is expected to increase to approximately $88 million in 2012 from $78
million in 2011. The increase is driven mainly by a decrease in the discount rate to 4.54%, Our net
periodic OPEB expense is expected to increase to approximately $11 million in 2012 from $(6) million
benefit in 2011. The increase in our net periodic OPEB cost is primarily driven by a decrease in the
amortization of prior service credits from accumulated other comprehensive income.
