(1) Includes fees for membership on Board committees.
(2) Includes the value of the personal use of products and services.
(3) These payments relate to eligible retirement benefits payable on cessation as Directors of Telstra.
(4) Mr Ralph and Mr Clark retired as Directors of Telstra effective 11 August 2005.
(5) Under current superannuation legislat ion Mr Ralph did not receive superannuat ion benefits as he had passed his 70t h birthday.
(6) Mr Fletcher resigned as a Director of Telstra on 30 June 2006.
(7) Mr Willcox and Mr Zeglis were appoint ed as Directors on 17 May 2006. Mr Zeglis is based in the United Stat es.
(8) There are no individual contracts for service with our non-executive directors other t han as described above in relation to post-employment benefits.
