the parent company of our
Asian mobiles business – CSL.
CSL has consolidated its position
as one of the leading players in
the Hong Kong wireless market,
with around 20% of that market.
It has the premium subscriber
base in that market and has
worked closely with Telstra
OnAir in Australia to enhance
the business and introduce
new products and services.
Specific achievements by
CSL include:
Growing customer numbers
to more than one million as
at 30 June 2001;
