FOND FAREWELL
This past year, Southwest Airlines retired our signature
plastic boarding pass, a symbol of simplicity for 31 years.
Simplicity has served us and our Customers well. In an
increasingly complex world, please join us in a fond farewell
to an old friend. Hats off to the past, coats off to the future!
