approximately 23,000 stockholders, including beneficial owners
holding shares in nominee or "street" name.

We currently anticipate that we will retain all of our earnings to
support our operations and develop our business. Therefore, we
do not pay any cash dividends on our outstanding common stock.
Future cash dividends, if any, will be at the discretion of our Board
of Directors and will depend upon, among other things, future
operations and earnings, capital requirements, general financial
conditions, contractual restrictions, and other factors that our
Board may consider relevant.

of holders of Sonic Corp.'s common stock with the cumulative
total returns of the NASDAQ Composite index and the NASDAQ
Retail Trade index. The graph tracks the performance of a $100
