Employees
As of December 30, 2012, we had 4,636 full-time employees, including 2,040 in research and development,
602 in sales and marketing, 474 in general and administrative, and 1,520 in operations. None of our employees is
represented by a collective bargaining agreement and we have never experienced any employee work stoppage.
We believe that our employee relations are good.
