Annual Meeting
The annual meeting of shareholders is scheduled for 10 a.m. Thursday,
May 15, 2014, at the Skirvin Hilton Hotel, 1 Park Avenue, Oklahoma City.
The Board of Directors will request proxies for this meeting and statements
