Review of Operations
Instruments Company
The Instruments Company enjoyed a solid performance in the bioscience fi eld
throughout the fi scal year ended March 2010, but the industrial instruments
fi eld was adversely affected by cutbacks in capital expenditure due to the weak
economy. Our goals for the fi scal year ending March 2011 will be to expand
the scope of our business and reinforce our earnings base by introducing a
new line of super resolution microscopes, and by strengthening our measuring
instruments business.
