demonstrating
an exceptionally
dynamic
Highlights
performance in its
competitive sphere.
Profit from recurring
operations rose 28%.
The growth in the
business, to which
all the group's
brands and product
lines contributed,
was driven both
by the flagship lines
and by remarkable
innovations.
Thanks to an even
more selective
positioning, the major
French brands
in the portfolio
gained market share.
They recorded
a significant increase
in revenue in
the United States
and Europe and
turned in exceptional
performance in Asia,
which is a major
growth driver.
The cosmetics
brands, which
entered the business
group more recently,
continued to gain
position in their
respective market
niches and expanded
to new geographic
regions.
