Section 302 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 as Exhibits
31.1 and 31.2 to our annual report on Form 10-K for the
fiscal year ended January 1, 2011. In 2010, after our annual
meeting of shareholders, Ingram Micro filed with the New
York Stock Exchange the CEO certification regarding its
compliance with the NYSE corporate governance listing
standards as required by NYSE Rule 303A.12(a).
